Banquet Room Rental

Our Banquet Room is the perfect setting for a small intimate wedding to a moderately sized event. We recommend an occupancy of 80 guests, allowing ample space for a DJ/band, dance floor, and buffet line. At GHV, we want your event to be perfect and stress free. That is why we allow set up and decorating on the day prior to the event and clean up on the day following the event. We allow you to use any wedding service vendor or are happy to recommend service professionals who have proven their commitment to excellence.
We understand that your event is unique. Therefore, while we are providing basic pricing and terms, we look forward to creating a custom experience just for you.
- Friday – Monday $2,500
- Tuesday – Thursday $1,500
Rental of The Banquet Room includes 8 round tables and 80 chairs.
Access to our Banquet Room will be provided one day prior to the event for set up and decorating. The rental period includes 5 hours for the event which must end at such a time as to allow all persons to depart the premises, by 10 PM (11 PM on Friday and Saturday). Clean up may continue the day following the event, but must conclude by 6:00 PM on that day.
Wine consumed at the event is sold by the bottle at 10% off the regular price. Beer may be served if the group obtains the proper ABC license. No other alcohol is allowed on the premises. All alcohol must be poured by a licensed ABC Manager who can be provided by GHV or by an outside caterer. Liability insurance and damage deposit are required. All reservations require a 50% non refundable deposit. VA sales tax will be added to all charges.
