Main Tasting Room Rental

Our Main Tasting Room offers the space and character to host your larger event, while still providing a warm, intimate feeling. We recommend an occupancy of 160 guests, allowing ample space for a DJ/band, dance floor, and buffet line. To help make your special day truly yours, we allow you to use any wedding service vendor or are happy to recommend service professionals who have proven their commitment to excellence.
We understand that your event is unique. Therefore, while we are providing basic pricing and terms, we look forward to creating a custom experience just for you.
- Friday – Monday $7,500
- Tuesday – Thursday $4,000
Access to our Main Tasting Room will be provided on the day of the event for set up and decorating. The rental period includes 5 hours for the event. Clean up must be complete prior to departure. All persons must depart the premises, by 10 PM (11 PM on Friday and Saturday). Items, such as rental furniture may be stored, in a location designated by GHV, for latter pick up. Lessee’s representative must be present for all deliveries and pickups. Such deliveries and pickups must occur during GHV’s regular business hours. Wine consumed at the event is sold by the bottle at 10% off the regular price. Beer may be served if the group obtains the proper ABC license. No other alcohol is allowed on the premises. Liability insurance and damage deposit are required. All reservations require a 50% non refundable deposit. VA sales tax will be added to all charges.
